Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure date. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking value.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. Mandisa Tours is not liable for losses not covered by insurance.

Liability

Mandisa Tours acts as a tour operator and works with third-party service providers (hotels, transport, parks). While we vet all partners carefully, we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control including weather, flight delays, or political events.

Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, park closures, or safety concerns. Alternative arrangements of equal or greater value will be provided when possible.
