When Nexus Technologies approached us about organizing a corporate retreat for their 30-person team, they had a simple brief: sun, strategy, and team building. We delivered all three and more at Diani Beach.

The three-day retreat was carefully structured to balance work and play. Mornings were dedicated to strategy sessions in a beachfront conference room with panoramic ocean views. Afternoons featured team-building activities including dhow sailing competitions, beach volleyball tournaments, and a Swahili cooking challenge.

The highlight was an evening beach bonfire where the CEO shared the company's vision for the coming year, followed by a drumming circle led by local musicians. The team left Diani energized, aligned, and deeply connected.
